Canary Feather Dress is a simple summer dress, knitted in a lovely soft bamboo/cotton mix and with a fun feather finish. Perfect for all summer events or, make it in black or red for the yearly Christmas parties.

Canary Feather Dress is knitted from the top and down, this way it’s easy to adjust the length to fit. You start with the back panel, knitting it back and forth. The yarn is then cut and the back panel put aside while you knit, firstly the left front panel, then the right. These are then joined and the front panel knitted until complete. The body is now joined together and you'll continue to knit in the round on circular needles. Lastly you’ll change to the feather yarn for the fun detail, you can leave this step out if you prefer a more simple dress that can be worn for more occasions. For a really beautiful finish, crochet single crochet stitches around the neck and arm holes.
