Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused yarn or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain in perfect condition during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
